“ADAC” and the ADAC logo are trademarks of InnoVadens, LLC.

The ADAC name may be used to reference the official ADAC Specifications or to describe software that accurately implements the ADAC Specification.

The ADAC name may not be used to imply endorsement, certification, or compatibility beyond what is explicitly defined in the normative specifications.

Derivative specifications or modified versions of the ADAC Specifications may not use the ADAC name.
